All sizes of organizations struggle to figure out who is productive and who is not in their organization. Organizations like to motivate employees to perform well and add value to the company - and the current system of performance review process does a very poor job in doing that. Performance review sessions are dreaded by both employees and their managers for reasons such as time it consumes, preparation it requires, data mining for details from both employees and managers, and more. Employee Profile is categorized as Public, Personal, and Professional. Information in these sections are updated by both employee and employer (HR) in relevant fields. Employee and Employer can control what can be public and whats private.

MANAGEMENT

This feature allows employees to create tasks for them selves and their sub ordinates as part of their day to day work. This is the section that show what each employee is doing on a daily basis. These tasks are status monitored and rated for quality and efficiency.

RATINGS
MANAGEMENT

This section allows employees to rate their team members as well as anyone they are connected to based on their work. Supervisors will be forced to rate their employees every week or what ever period they pick based on their productivity.

PRESENCE
MANAGEMENT

Employees will be able to update their presence on a daily basis to mark their involvement in day to day activities. They can select various presence states and specify hours worked as well as reasons for taking a day off.

TEAM, ORGANIZATION,
& GROUPS MANAGEMENT

Employees will be able to view their team and organization structure, see their details, tasks, and public ratings. They can communicate with anyone in the organization in a social networking format for professional or social reasons. They can create their own custom professional groups as well.

AND PRIVATE

Information stored on the EPEAQ servers is secure and protected by industry standard technologies. The information in each employee account such as profile and ratings can be made public or private by the employee and employer can mark any tasks as public or private.

& COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

In order to enhance employee engagement, EPEAQ offers a simple but solid messaging solution on mobile application where employees can communicate with anyone in the organization. The solution also integrates the app with other email clients, phone application, and other communication tools.
